Men’s Handball finished the World Championships in 28th place.

The national team, led by coach Hollando Freitas (Portugal), lost 33-36 to North Macedonia in the 27th place match at the 28th International Handball Federation (IHF) World Men’s Championship held in Płowtsk, Poland on the 25th (local time). . With this, Korea ranked 28th out of 32 countries.
